Q: Are there any additional plate charges for my designs?
A: We have two types of printing methods, one is gravure printing, the other one is digital printing. There is plate cost for gravure printing, while there is no plate or die charges for digital printing. If pouches quantity needed is small, you choose digital printing.
Q: What’s the best barrier film material for me?
A: The ideal pouch material depends on your product or intended use. If you want to showcase your actual items, using clear film for a transparent window is perfect. For products sensitive to light, metalized film is best.
Q: What pouch type should I go for?
A: For products that are small and slim in profile, consider a flat pouch. These are usually displayed stacked on hung on a rack. If you want your products to be displayed one a shelf, consider a stand-up pouch. It comes with a botto gusset that adds support.
